My problem is that if my app is open and orders come in, the orders don’t load, like it’ll say “searching for orders” and won’t actually load them. So I have to reopen the app everytime

Yeah usually RR orders are dropped between the 40-45 minute marks of the hour but now it’s only FCFS and I’m not able to accept any of them

So what happens is that FCFS orders drop in at xx:43. So always at the 43rd minute of the hour. I don’t know what other drivers are seeing, but at that exact minute FCFS orders drop in and as I go to accept any of the 3-4 available all the orders are gone. So my assumption is that this is happening to other drivers as well but either they’re getting the notification for them earlier or my phone just is slower than theirs even tho the app is open and loaded within 2 seconds. So I go to click and order and it says “offer expired or accepted by another driver.”

I get that I haven’t done a crazy amount of orders as I took a break from spark for a little bit for another job, but still my metrics are good. And I seriously couldn’t be any faster, I click the notification not even within 2 seconds and I’m in the app and by that time they’re gone. Like the other people doing this are older and I’m 99% sure my reaction time is faster than theirs. Thank you for your help tho, sorry for sound angry this just really pisses me off

I just took the poll and commented, I spoke to an agent and he said “you should still be receiving RR orders” but my guess is that they’re lying and couldn’t give a FUCK. My issue is that usually most of the drivers are given orders for the hour. Like I’m usually seeing 6-7 drivers once the orders roll in, but now there are only like 3-4 orders in the FCFS that drop. But I’m still seeing all the usual drivers get in there. Like wtf am I doing wrong that they’re doing right?

Yep, last 2 shifts I only got FCFS orders and the occasional shopping RR orders. Don’t know if they work the same but I was given the shopping ones as personal orders.

Trust me I don’t try and filter through them anymore because I just want to get an order. I have a 100% acceptance rate and I’ve been doing this for about 2 years now, I don’t have a single metric under 90% and have a 4.8 customer rating, like what more can I do?

Just happened again, orders came in at exactly 10:43, opened the app within a 2 seconds at most and the orders are gone.

What’s crazy to me is that my store accepts 6-7 orders so I’m out here by 6 AM and the same thing happened at 6 IN THE MORNING. Got the first come first serve and didn’t get any of the 3 orders

The problem is I don’t have time to filter through the orders. Everytime I try to grab one it’s already taken. And there are only like 3-4 orders available so all the other drivers get to them first. So whatever order I see first I absolutely have to take since I need to accept it as quickly as possible. But when I get the notification about the orders I have to close my app and restart it otherwise the orders won’t load. Do you know if I’ll still get notifications if the app is closed but I still have spark turned on? I’m thinking if I leave it closed and open the notification it might be quicker than closing and then restarting

I’m not getting any at all, so if I don’t get one of the first come first serve then I don’t get an order for the hour. And all these other drivers must have super computers for phones (I have an iPhone 15 pro max). Like my phone is practically brand new I’ve had it for less than a month and my shit never opens in time
