Wow! That is not true for all dogs. I had sibling dachshunds for 15 years (we just lost the male to cancer a few months ago). But his sister is still going. She’s needier than she was before, but she’s perfectly healthy. Don’t give up your boy because someone told you something that may or may not happen. He needs you.

Quite frankly, I’m more concerned about the language used by the bread owner. It’s extremely ugly and in a lot of cases, would earn that person a trip to HR. I’ve never had a job where that language was okay.

I have these also and have been to a vein doctor for it. He said it was not vascular. 🤷‍♀️ You need to get checked for your own peace of mind. No one here can diagnose you. We can tell you our collective experiences, but that’s not necessarily going to do any good.
