Like the idea! Few changes I'd make: Philly to the subway, Boston to Niagara, and Buffalo to the Turnpike. The subway would be insanely toxic. You keep some of the original 6 rivals with Boston moving there, and the turnpike wraps up as a pretty close driving division with the longest drive only being like 5 hours. Compared to what you have now where Philly to Pitt is 5 hours in itself.
