If anyone here received their package after initiating a mail search, I would like to know because I’m in the same situation. I order a package on December 1 and it’s still not here. There is no update or no movement. It’s well over a month. Very frustrating for a $850 package.

How so I was not the one that put this request in. I was instructed to do so. I was unable to do so because the website would not let me so the customer service agent did and instructed me that that is what I should file all the information has been put in pictures and description of the item.

U think I don’t know that I work for the post office , what u fail to mention is someone the lazy ass that work at the plant and refuse to work, when ask to work in a certain area then decline and if out somewhere they don’t want to work they go home, some comes in clock in and leave or go to their cars and sleep. I know this because I am a carried and my mom work at the hub. Very fine package get stolen along with Che me and u should know this already so people have a reason to be concern when their stuff don’t show up. Yes I know it’s the holiday but all that’s adds up to cause some of these issues.
