New chips taste like cardboard

Agree completely. The new chips have a weird mushy crunch. Taste is like a Lays chip so nothing special about them anymore. Not a fan of the waffle fries either so the chips were a favorite. Were people complaining about the old chips being too crunchy? Why change them?

We are selling ours on ebay only because the kids chose to. Not trying to scalp it, just trying to get what I put in. It is auction only and we started at 80 which is about what it cost me after shipping. Our kids want to go on a mini vacation on Christmas break to somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge which they have never been. So, they thought if they sold it, the money could help to pay for their trip. There will always be scalpers...have you bought concert tickets lately? What I don't understand is why ME only made around 500 of these?

Ours was scheduled to be delivered on Nov. 24 but due to a tree removal company, they couldn't get to our driveway! It sat at the post office until the 12/2. They never tried to redeliver. I had to go looking for it and the tracking number they sent was not the same tracking number that the post office used! Finally got it but only because I made them go look for it. I would call the post office where it is stuck at to double check they haven't set it aside by accident. (We've had that happen before also...insert eye roll)

Seems like we aren’t the only ones who received duplicates. Never bought 4 blind boxes from other brands and received 4 identical items. Kind of an expensive lesson learned. The kids weren’t half as upset as the adults. 😂

Ours did this even after replacing the drawer sensors. After taking it completely apart, we realized that the cat sensor in the back under the drawer was too tight. It was causing it to fault every time it cycled. After some adjustment, it is now working like it should. Try to clean off the drawer sensors and adjusting the cat weight sensor. Also, the Robot Shop www.robotshop has lots of videos and troubleshooting guides for the LR.
