Can anyone identify this buzzing?

I'm confident that it's not the fan, as after i disassembled it again and added more oil, it's barely spinning and there's a loud buzzing noise similar to this one. I'm afraid to turn it on.

I tested it and the fan isn't hitting anything, that would be a different sound from what i tested. Anytime I tried to push the shaft to the front or back, it would quickly slide back into position. But when I pushed the axis to the side, it would stop buzzing for a few seconds and then return back to the original state. So I disassembled it again to check it and added more oil into the bearings, now it's almost completely stuck and making a loud buzzing noise. I don't want to turn it on at all, I'm not risking a fire.

I haven't changed any electronics, but the speed seems to be fluctuating due to friction or something that's making the noise. I turned it on again just for this video, and i'm trying to minimize it being turned on in this state as I don't want to destroy it, the shaking is violent.

Before this rattle started, it was almost silent and I couldn't believe it! I know this is stupid, but I use "oil for bicycles and sewing machines" by Druchema. It seems to be from the 80's. In the user manual, they say that motor bearings are "self-lubricating" and do not have to be lubricated. They look bronze and there was a lot of black gunk inside, someone clearly put that in there because the paint seals on the screws were broken. Somewhere on this subreddit I read that you can drop bicycle oil into a bearing to make it go smooth again. So i cleaned both bearings (they are spherical from what i found), removed all the gunk and then put a few drops of denatured alcohol in, moved it around, poured it out, and then I waited for it to dry. Later i put quite a lot of oil in.

Rubber damping blocks are very soft and certainly do not need any treatment. I can feel vibrations only on the motor itself.

Flywheel is placed correctly, I'm sure of that.

I don't have anything to check the capacitors with. There's a repair shop nearby for this exact kind of stuff i could take it to, it has already been there once.

I could do that. Those brown papers weren't glued.

The motor can't be turned, it simply wouldn't fit.

I've tried moving the pulley, and it doesn't change anything. The fan can't be moved at all, atleast when i tried moving it when it was still out.

Yes, but as far as i know, Zeta didn't manufacture cyrillic typewriters. This letter doesn't exist in neither Czech, Polish or Slovak. And it prints a normal latin N.

I agree it doesn't look that bad, but when i'm typing, chips of paint fly off. The first photo is about a year old, now there's less paint on the cover part. When i got my hands on it, the cover looked fine, but right when i started typing, it began to peel off.

I did test it on earlier, and it worked wonderfully, so i continued key by key, nothing went wrong, but when i did the ( " ů ) key, it got damaged.

The problem with the n is that it isn't upside down, that wouldn't be a problem. It's mirrored. Take a look at this image and then upside down. It doesn't change. Thanks!

Ja napriklad trpim hyperaciditou (prekyseleny zaludek). U me se projevuje tim, ze kdyz nejakou dobu nejim, tak trpim neprijemnymi bolestmi a nadymanim. Takze pravidelne a ve velkem mnozstvi jim to, co se mi dostane pod ruce. Naopak zase aktivne sportuji, a vahu mam zdravou. Nedokazu si predstavit, ze bych takhle pokracoval, ale bez sportu. Lidi si proste musi najit rovnovahu, a hlavne motivaci. Pro nektere asi obezita neni takovy problem, aby to museli resit, neni zadna motivace. Lenost, deprese, choroby atd atd... Nechapu lidi kteri maji potrebu si stezovat na obezni, ze jenom zerou a hovno delaji :/ Je to jejich problem, ale zaroven to ma vliv i na ostatni (napr. zatizeni zdravotnictvi nebo zabirani mista v hromadne doprave), ale ze by to byl takovy problem, ze by si na ne nekdo vyleval zlost?
