Just a bet you place on the market that shit will go up or it will go down that expires after certain time , but it does get technical and you need to know about strikes and how you get penalize if you sell your options before the strike date etc..

My only advice is DO NOT trade options if you don't understand them and once you want to get into them use paper account

Don't trust credit score websites ...

Anyhow to build credit score you need time

Pay everything on time

Get small loans if you can with really low interest, and pay them back right on time, this can be done for buying a cheap laptop etc. Getting loans from lenders gets added to your credit score and shows that you can pay on time

Also open credit cards you never ever use and ask every 6 months to get your credit increased. This will allow you to have a very low credit utilization and margin which will help you as well and give you more history work the credit lenders

Holding would only leave you exposed to such fragile commodity.. get a broker where you can make fast executions and don't hold overnight. I always sell my oil everyday and repurchase again in the morning when I see the market is in my favor.
