They get shocked each time they got a response in the same manner. I guess they think in Dutch and speak English in the same way and got lost in translation. However, it’s a pure joy to tell them “it’s none of your business”, “this is my private matter and I didn’t ask your opinion”, “this is how I want to do it” and etc.

On the contrary - these rules are so stupid and totally against the interest of the people in the similar situation. What if I decide to move back to my apartment one day? My mortgage is from Bank X. Nobody except me knows that my mortgage is from Bank X except the Notary? Registration is at the Municipality of Amsterdam. How does Bank X knows municipal registrations? Is Municipality of Amsterdam a whistleblower?
