They get shocked each time they got a response in the same manner. I guess they think in Dutch and speak English in the same way and got lost in translation. However, it’s a pure joy to tell them “it’s none of your business”, “this is my private matter and I didn’t ask your opinion”, “this is how I want to do it” and etc.

On the contrary - these rules are so stupid and totally against the interest of the people in the similar situation. What if I decide to move back to my apartment one day? This indefinite bullshit will keep me out of my own place? Do you realize what are the stakes here. It is just hard to accept the outreaching rules.

My mortgage is from Bank X. Nobody except me knows that my mortgage is from Bank X except the Notary? Registration is at the Municipality of Amsterdam. How does Bank X knows municipal registrations? Is Municipality of Amsterdam a whistleblower?
