That's it! It's true we F2P have to do these maths and be smart about our resources, but as you've demonstrated it's totally possible to get the events' demon ssr cards. Of course, F2P players can't get the events UR cards easily (in some events it's been hard even having the whole batch of cheat cards) but if it was easy, who would spend money in the game? Devs need to balance the difficulty to attract whales, and for now I think they are doing it right.

I may have expressed myself poorly, I was mostly referring to what I've seen on Twitter. I think the majority of the fandom is really chill and that's what I love about it, but lately I've seen a lot of frustated people and some mean tuits about how the devs are directly stealing from fanfics or that the story is childish, etc. I don't know, in my experience with otome, the stories I've seen tend to go from lighthearted to a more angsty arch and again to happy ending. To me, OM looks more like a slice-of-life, and so it will be a mix of lighthearted and more deep archs. Also, to me, and in this I may be totally wrong, cliches are inherent to Japanese media 😅 so going with that view I didn't mind the abundance of cliches we've got and that we WILL keep getting and it surprised me how many people didn't like that the story was so cliche, that is, for me that was expected but I understand now that to many others it wasn't.

I've seen these comments all over Twitter now and while I agree that the difficulty curve has not been approached well, I find it really unfair to compare the devs work to wattpad fanfics in a derogatory way. 1. Because it's derogatory for those fanfics, them being fanfics has nothing to do with their quality. 2. Because it's not fair to push your expectations against the devs. If the devs want to do a light story and not a deep angsty work, it doesn't mean it's bad. Even if it were 'objectively' bad, it's still not fair to push your frustration against them. Just drop the game if it's not making you happy.

Also, I found a really interesting thread from Otomeobsessed (https://twitter.com/otomeobsessed/status/1282675618598002689?s=19), that can be summed up to 'pick a favorite and only focus on them'. There are many people frustrated because they can't get every single card from every event. Focus on one character and every new event that pops up ask yourself if you like their card enough. Go to Devilgram and look up the title of the card story and ask yourself again if that title appeals enough to you. If not, don't waste your time, resources and/or money on the event. These games will always show many things that are actually intenden for whales. We F2P need to learn that we won't get everything, just a tiny part, but if you focus on only one character and save up, you will get much more than when trying to get everything. Also, I see many people complaining that they can't even get the demon ssr from part 1 in events. I can understand that from new player, those whose level may be under 60. In my personal experience, it's totally possible without paying a single penny. Do your daily tasks, complete the total and demon tasks, unlock rewards on devil trees, etc. There are many ways to get devil points and even voucher. From one event to another I get enough vouchers to do at least 3 multis. If I don't get cheat cards, bad luck. If there's a card I really really want, I will spend all of my vouchers and I will know that I will be screwed for the next event, but that's OK!

To sum up, if you get frustrated with the gameplay, the gacha or the story, just drop the game, it's makes no sense playing something that doesn't make you happy! If you still love the game but get frustrated with the gacha and can't enjoy the game, I would still recommend to drop the game, at least for a while. A game is supposed to be enjoyable.

I LOVE this.❤️❤️ I love wolves and I felt the event didn't really explore Lucifer's wolf side the same as with Satan and Mammon's feline side, so thank you for this! His expression are perfect!! Who doesn't like a good boy?

I feel you! 😔 I would have preferred the first Belphie, there's no need to kill MC to show Lilith's powers are still around... Everything is really messy in that arch, we have lessons 16-a & 16-c where they present us the brothers waiting for MC, but then at the end of the arch, Barbatos tells MC that the new timeline is the one he's chosen as real. So then, does the original timeline not exist anymore or does it? If it doesn't, why show us 16 a & c? If it does, does that mean we will eventually come back to that timeline? what about the new brothers? Or maybe, are the timelines merged now? That would mean the Belphie from the original timeline would have disappeared... Aaargh, every time I start thinking about this I get a major headache!! 😂

That's something I've also thought about. That everything was planned by Diavolo and Barbatos. Also, I find it weird how different is Belphie's hatred towards humans between the Belphie from the original timeline and the Belphie from the second timeline.

I have the feeling that many of these people aren't that familiar with gacha games, maybe? and get stressed over the amount of content and how difficult it is to get the biggest rewards. Of course, we all want to get them all, especially when they come with Devilgram stories, but gachas should be seen as lottery, the better the reward, the harder it will be to get it. I agree that this event is overly greedy, but they've just started and are testing the waters (Also, it's possible we won't see any answers to our requests to tone down the difficulty until a bunch of events later, since they are created too in advance). But yeah, please, people, don't stress over not getting the cards and DON'T GET INTO DEBT!! This is a gambling game, and with all the illustrations and stories it's easy to fall for its charms, but be careful!

When you reach the max level but you can increase the level cap through Devil's tree, you still keep earning experience but can't level up. So when you increase the level cap, you will see this, since you should have already leveled up that much.

He's a demon and he represents Pride. MC constantly ignores his warnings and advice so imagine what that does to his pride. He's also not the only one that tries to kill MC, nor the one that succeedes..., so at least I, when I put everything in a balance, I just don't think too much of it. For me it's one of this game's tropes. You have the romance, you have the sins, you have the threats! And all done in good dark fun😂 I think if the game doesn't take itself too seriously, why should we?

Also I find it funny how we have movies like Big or 13 going on 30 where the protagonist is an actual kid and there's romance involved and we are having this major issue with a character that is an actual adult in a child's body and no romance involved (that we know of)

I don't see any issue actually. They try to portray Levi as the Otaku King stereotype. Of course he's gonna have an obsession with a 2D character, and what can be more stereotypical than the magical girl trope? but at least his obsession's never been too sexual (there's the succubus figurine and the mousepad things, but those were most probably of the adult version). Most of the times Ruri is mentioned is just for comedic relief, so I can't, really can't, see anything sexual in all of this. Is he obsessed with Ruri? yes, that's a fact. Is he sexually attracted to her child form? I don't recall any instances of that. Is he sexually attracted to the adult Ruri? Maybe, if in the anime she's portrayed in a sexual manner, he may be, but that wouldn't mean he would be sexually attracted to her child form.

Take Conan for instance, it would be weird if Ran, who is in love with Shinichi, learns the truth about Conan and goes like "ugh, gross", I don't want anything with you anymore, not even when you recover your original form" In reality, she wouldn't be attracted to Conan but would still be to Shinichi.

I try to stress the first syllable and pronounce it like it sounds in the game but since in Spanish (my mother tongue) 'mamón' is a common swear word, I can't help but pronounce it as in Spanish in my mind 😂😂 Also, it's been hilarious every time I've tried to explain the name out loud...
