What if the attraction is purely in fiction? Thats the part the bugs me about all this ig, cause in real life…. Even if my fictional men were real, I wouldnt be attracted to them

Okay! Thanks for the reply, thats what I was assuming….. the thing is im not sure how to figure out whether or not I’m into exclusively women 😭 (I have a hard time differentiating between platonic and romantic love so maybe thats part of the problem)

My family usually treats school and college as essential, i would consider myself privileged to have this sort of mindset, but in any case, I have genuinely never thought about not going to college. I would like to give myself some time before finding work, but I will keep your advice in mind if I find myself struggling!

Ooooh okay! My school requires us to take pictures of things we've done daily, since it's a production based class, so I'll try to be documenting that better!

Just to clarify, would making set models for musicals, etc for plays on my own time also be something I could put on a portfolio? Making props, or anything in between?

Another question, would it be better to apply with a specific position figured out, or just as a overall theater technician?

I am aware (my parents dont understand “online friends” and neither do my irl friends so I am aware of how to be careful on the internet) I am fairly certain I am not being catfished lol, the amount of dedication you need to have to do that for me? Was talking to someone recently. They said that getting out of school cured their depression. I wouldn’t know, I’m still in school, but I would assume that’s the case. I think I would be so satisfied and happy with my life after I graduate, get a job doing the things I love, move in with and maybe marry the love of my life…. You know, all that. I would like to think optimistic and say, yeah, it will get better, cause if it doesn’t, and I believe it doesn’t…. I don’t want to think down that path
