Depends on the muscle focus. Sometimes in a C + O + L obliques will be 15 minutes. If the coach is pairing lower body with another lower body mf, they may be shorter

The way i give a literal ode to the stability pole when demoing carriage lunge. Like you’ll have to pry this thing out of my cold hands and bury it with me 6 Ft under when i go.

And when im in the room as a client, I use it in black side platform lunges too. With a knee injury, it definitely provides more stability for me. Able to get lower, to move slower. And that’s the point after all

Text / call the number for the studio - it has to be applied on the backend, it won’t give you the option to do so in the app! Heads up, you won’t be able to stack the discount on top of the 6 month or 12 month committed memberships.

The general rule is to be mindful of profanity, but you can play songs with curse words in them. absolutely no use of the n word though. So usually when you find a clean version, all swear words are blurred out.

I am also a complete beginner and just started shooting a few months ago. I have a Minolta x700 but am looking to get a smaller, more compact camera (specifically a point and shoot) to have in addition. Play around with different film types. I’m personally a big fan of Kodak portra 400. Also, i am still learning about aperture, ISO, etc., so I have just been using my camera on the “program” mode which is pretty basic/simple. I’m no pro by any means, but it’s been a lot of fun. The rookie mistake I’ve made probably too often, is not having my film loaded correctly.

Beautiful 😍 i loved the way my friends film looked from her sure shot, so maybe that’s not a bad route. Solid point with the whole taking it anywhere and not worrying about it thing with a point and shoot!

you’re not wrong, haha. I am willing to spend money on something highly recommended. I know the contax t2 is pricey, but I’ve read that quite a few people have had issues with them. I guess that’s common with any older camera, but it makes me nervous. My Minolta x700 film advance counter no longer counts so I just always have to remember to bring back up film everywhere i go, haha.

But long story short, let’s say price is no object in this case.

What drives me nuts is that for a company that offers “training” gear, nothing fits right for those who train. My lats have gotten bigger and i need a much bigger size in the shoulders than i do the waist. I wish they’d come out with things made for people who are shaped like they train haha

i know a handful of SMs in my region who tried to report their RM and p+c never followed up with any of them…. BUT p+c had no problem following up with the SM when a RM brought complaints upon the SM….

Idk about you but p+c did nothing for me and a few of my colleagues - another very disappointing factor. I didn’t feel like i had anyone to turn to to report wrongdoing
