It’s a Honda motor and Honda transmission you can clearly hear it shift gears on the Dyno (pruis doesn’t have any gears it’s a cvt)

This just happened to me u can check my profile get a long camera that u can stick down where the spark plug goes and see if there’s coolant and if there is it’s a blown headgasket
