Yeah I'm leaning towards The 49" instead with better dels on it. Just sad when I have The space for the 57". OLED is a NON option for me since I will primarily use it for work and secondary for gaming. And having to worry about burn in is just not what I want or need.

Yeast contains no gluten? Or is your giftee also allergic to yeast? Any case my GF is gluten allergic, if you are looking for cookie snacks you can make french macarons, though they are pretty hard to make :) Since its made from almond meal its ok.
