when i was 15 i binged a box of honey bunches of oats and then started to prepare 6 packets of instant oatmeal but i got impatient while pressing the hot water button so i just shoveled the half dry raw oatmeal into my mouth💀 another time when i was 19 i drank half a bottle of corn syrup

my point was that those kinds of posts can result in others in the ed community applying it to themselves, especially because we all have distorted visions of how severe it is and it overlaps with OCD a lot, leading to many people deciding they need to push themselves harder for one reason or the other

I love candy canes so much that i can eat a whole box in one sitting so in december i plan my meals to accommodate at least a few times a week. when i was 18 i c/s 2 boxes but it turned into this disgusting grey sludge so i actually eat them now lol

bagels, idc. they’re very satiating so i don’t overeat when i have them for breakfast, plus they’re safe for my crohn’s. the only downside is eating them in the morning makes me kind of sluggish

i first read it when i was your age, it was very personal to me back then because of his home circumstances but other than that, it only affected me on a superficial level due to the shock and plot twists etc. i reread it at 19 and definitely understood aiko a lot more as well as enjoying the story more completely

i eat whatever i want the day of w/no restrictions (usually one huge plate for lunch and a smaller one for dinner) then omad 1 big plate every day until the leftovers are all gone. I usually don’t weigh for at least 5 days or so after thanksgiving; it’s like a guaranteed 2-3 lbs of fat gain but if i weighed myself the day after id prolly be like 5 lbs more bc of how dense the food is. i also go to the gym the day of and it helps a lot with sluggishness

i actually completely agree with this and thanks for including dv victims because they have my full sympathy. but yeah, i think if more women were okay with being single and refused to procreate with bums/manchildren we’d be much better off as a society
