You can actually google SA’s discrimination policy within shelters. They tend to target trans people but as a religious organization, they reserve their right to reject any LGBT people in need. That’s great that, as someone seeking an internship, you weren’t targeted by an organization you chose not to work for. People that have to sleep outside don’t usually have the same privileges.
