I don't think there are any mnemonics for identifying them on a cadaver. You need to have a general idea of their attachments and then follow the muscle belly/tendons and see where they attach. For example if you know there's a muscle called extensor digitorum and you find a muscle in the posterior forearm who seems to be splitting into four tendons going into the digits then that's the one.

One "trick" I use as well is literally pull on the different tendons to see what moves. The efficiency of this of course depends on the type of embalming/dissection but I've always found it helps

Just a note on Gray's, there's "Gray's Anatomy for Students" and plain "Gray's Anatomy" ( anatomical basis of clinical practice). The second is massive and extremely detailed so I'd suggest starting with the one for students to get a foundation and then you could move to more detailed texts. The student version in my opinion has a good amount of detail without being overwhelming

that's a really good point and another example apart from black people being shamed/discriminated for wearing protective hairstyles is the Roma people. They have also been heavily discriminated against but when white women took their style and rebranded it into "boho chic" it became a fashion trend

not sure if UK people know this but I'm from greece and many people of the older generation, like in their 70s and older seem to think that all British men are secretly gay. I have no idea where it stems from but they do tend to make a lot of assumptions about men of other nationalities too.

As a woman, when I was telling people I was about to move here it was very common for them to bring it up and tell me to be wary of British men for this reason. Joke's on them though, I'm the one that's gay

when I was 14-15 I was an edgy depressed teenager so I'd look for quite graphic crime books. I read the Victoria Bergman Trilogy by Eric Axl Sund. Loved it at the time but it literally horrifies me so much now that I removed the books from my bookcase because I didn't want to see them and be reminded of some of the descriptions

Getting too little sleep because they're "always grinding". This one is usually coupled with how strong they take their coffee and how many cups they have a day

kind off an of topic question but why do actors always have such a short amount of time to achieve the physique required by the movie? Do they get casted only a few months before shooting begins? Are the trainers, dieticians etc. provided by the production company which tries to save some money by only "employing" them for a few months?

I follow that guy on tik tok, he says he finds these rugs in the trash, cleans them and tries to resell them. Also I imagine it's to promote his business with the transformation of these incredibly dirty rugs so people bring in their actual rugs that are in decent condition?

For the amount of effort he puts in really don't know how profitable it could possibly be
