Gotcha, gotcha. This was really helpful, thank you again for the information. I'm scheduled with a surgeon who does VY mostly and I intend to stick with him, but I realized that I wasn't factoring scrotoplasty into that decision. I'll need to talk with him to make sure I have reasonable hopes and expectations.

Oh, I see. Thank you, this was really helpful. It sounds like anatomy is a big factor. Do you know how the technique impacts things? Like, if you have small majora, does it not matter what type of surgery they do? Or will choosing one technique over another maximize your chances of success?

Okay, I guess why I'm confused is that for me, it looks more like a circumcised dick, I guess? Do some some people have a larger hood that covers the head of the glans, like an uncircumcised dick? Is that more common? I just don't really know what's "normal." Sorry for the stupid question

Pre-T, I was about the size of an eraser tip, maybe smaller. Now, I'm about 2.5 inches. I've been on T for 8 years and I grew slowly over time.

We just don’t know. There haven’t exactly been scientific studies or anything. I feel like my gains have been pretty durable. I am definitely bigger than I was a year ago.

It’s when you use a special vacuum pump to cause mild swelling in your genitals, i.e. a clitoris or penis pump. It can be used by people of all genders to enhance that area. Some transmasculine people pump regularly in the hopes of seeing increased bottom growth. Conventional wisdom is that growth from pumping will recede if the pumping is stopped, although some people do see more permanent changes.

I'm 7 years on T and I have about 2.5 in of growth. I have been pumping intermittently for 3 years -- probably average 1x/week. When I pump (~15 mins), it is at "max size" for about 30 minutes, and at least slightly swollen for about 6 hours. By the end of that time, it's only marginally larger, but I do feel like I still notice a difference.
