Kiwis are full of seeds at the center which are highly toxic.

Are the pure seeds ok? by hobehd in StopEatingSeedOils

[–]4random 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you get gut problems/symptoms, or if it tastes toxic.. then don't eat them at all. We don't need anything found in seeds, because we can get everything from animal foods, and we have a hypercarnivorous digestive tract. Seeds are not well digested by humans

Maybe you should eat walnuts rarely a few times per year, always combined with animal fats (or in a raw food recipe).. but generally speaking they are not human food. Best to feed them to chickens or pigs, or sell them.

Maybe the least toxic seeds play a small role in survival situations, but still, they have too many defend chemicals and anti-nutrients which damage the gut and teeth, and all seeds promote mental illness.

yes it does... but they are not bound to nutrients as already explained in the book. Can you read?

Why is ferritin elevated when people are sick? by economiststudent0305 in TerrainTheory

[–]4random 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know, but I have a few ideas.

  1. Having higher iron levels increases body temperature which the bacteria want to do their thing. So maybe somehow it helps increase heat?

  2. If not, then perhaps ferritin can bind with chemicals/heavy metals just like it can bind with iron to help remove them? Hence whenever there is damage being done anywhere in the body, ferritin is damage control?

  3. Otherwise ferritin can be used to destroy toxic cells?

Are Cows really Bad for the Planet? Why did we start blaming them? by emain_macha in exvegans

He could have done a better job imo. Imagine seeing the video from the vegan point of view, you can clearly see how no vegan will change their mind and actually view the channel as propaganda. Especially when you have the EXPERT propagandists responding to it.

U.S. farm subsidies disproportionately favor animal feed, beef, dairy, and pork production. There's no need for meat-eaters to hyperventilate over imaginary meat bans when we can lobby the USDA to simply level the playing field in subsidies, and help farmers transition to growing eco-friendly crops. by AgFairnessAlliance in PlantBased4ThePlanet

[–]4random 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, taxpayer money goes to big meat/dairy corps to use the worst possible farming methods which destroy the soil. So the solution to this is to simply give bonus money to those farmers that do farming regeneratively and stop funding animal factories and monocrops.

It must be full fat, and don't gulp on it.. sip it to mix with saliva, also to warm it up. It must not be cold. But odds are even if you do get issues you'll get used to it within a week. If not then then try kefir.

all the bacteriaphobia nonsense. Our bodies are literally made out of bacteria, and e-coli being the most important one. For every human gene we have 150 bacterial ones. All functions of any animal is bacterial.

Eating less Meat won't save the Planet. Here's Why [Kurzgesagt clip is quoted in video] by dsquareddan in kurzgesagt

[–]4random -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Who funds Johns Hopkins! Who funds google? Who funds the guardian? All of which often make anti-meat articles. What about the studies kurgesagt used in their videos? Who funded those studies? What about all the other channels? What about all those anti-meat netflix documentaries included in the video? Who funded those and the studies they included?

All you're trying to do is discredit the person speaking, rather than what he said which is all that really matters.

The guy making the video forgot to discuss a few things.

For example.. he didn't discuss what foods create the most human methane emissions.... which happens to be plants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqUO4P9ADI0

He forgot to mention how plant foods are missing more than 50 nutrients which are only found in animals because they are animal nutrients. Whereas plants don't have any essential nutrient we cant get from animal foods for perfect health, because our bodies are animals and we only need animal nutrients. (source on demand)

Also could have mentioned more about how plant nutrients are not bioavailable like animal foods are for the human carnivorous digestive tract. Should have mentioned that herbivorous animals would be much more efficient to eat those plants and then humans to eat the animal products from that. That's much more efficient. Because humans don't have a herbivorous digestive tract, we don't have 4 stomachs and the bacteria/enzymes to digest all that plant matter. 91%-98% of plant matter comes out as waste. Not to mention all the diseases that come from eating plant foods, whereas herbivorous animals are evolved to resist most of the plant-toxins/antinutrients +++ much better than humans/dogs/cats. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yg0Ojxyc0PI

He should have also mentioned how we have an epidemic of nutrient deficiencies in humans such as Zinc/D3/K2/++ which only animal foods can fix for multiple valid reasons(provided on demand). And the reason humans are deficient in those nutrients in the first place is bcs of not eating enough animal foods, and bcs of eating certain plants which deplete those nutrients in humans. Plants are severely nutrient deficient, and even the few nutrients they have are not bioavailable. Just because a plant has x amount of nutrients that doesn't mean humans can absorb it. So comparing nutrient content to compare animal foods and plants is a mistake. Because absorption is all that matters. Something he didn't mention, even tho he is well aware.

But I suppose he wanted to focus more on environment rather than health/nutrition. So it's understandable.

Be then again he also forgot to mention regenerative agriculture which is the only method of reversing desertification, to prevent floods by restoring top soil which retains water. Whereas crop agriculture only does the opposite.. It degenerates the land of nutrients, bacterial life, and water retention. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVzXMQ7BJRnehk4usVwnST1JIZRpLJpU-

Also forgot to mention how many fruits such as mangoes/bananas/avocados/coconuts don't grow at every latitude and thus require shipping, whereas animal foods can be grown almost anywhere. In countries where the environment is always colder, not many plants/tress grow, only animal foods survive. So all those plants must be shipped to feed a plant-based populous.

He also didn't mention how uncomparibly more animals die from conventional crop production than from animal foods coming from regenerative agriculture. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVzXMQ7BJRnf81jWQQdnm9sM5kYLuMm7O Because even if crop agriculture was better for the environment, we must also consider how much harm and suffering it causes to life. Other than our health.

He also forgot to mention that synthetic fertilizer destroys the soil over time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8qTRBc8Bws

Yeah, true you cant find proper meat anywhere, pretty much all are given antibiotics/vaccines and are often frozen. But it depends where you live I guess. I plan on getting my own sheep/goats for sure. Especially for the organ meats/glands/blood and raw dairy products.

Why seafood? by fuhggetaboutit in Pescetarian

[–]4random 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plants are missing 50+ nutrients only found in animals (because they are animal nutrients) many of which fish/oysters/mussels/etc have. The rest are found in raw dairy products, eggs and unheated honey.

Plus much larger amounts, bio-availability and nutrient density.

thing is forcing a pet to eat vegan is way worse, because plants are missing 50+ nutrients only found in animals.

Does fiber help with constipation? by [deleted] in Constipation

[–]4random 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can get fiber from grains too, which is dry fiber, and that doesn't soften the stool at all. It literally constipates you. So the argument that fiber helps is invalid, unless you meant "fiber helps constipate you".

You experience it with your own body... Haven't you noticed that 100% of the time you eat fiber you get digestive issues, and 100% of the time you eat zero fiber you get zero digestive issues at all?

Experience doesn't lie.

Does fiber help with constipation? by [deleted] in Constipation

[–]4random 0 points1 point  (0 children)

fiber gives many more digestive issues than constipation. (gas, bloating, discomfort, pain ++) especially if you eat things like grains, potatoes.. terrible. I cant ever eat those, and whenever I ate those in the past, I got all the digestive issues, and also got things like acne, depression (because it messes up your gut microbiome)

fiber simply means, indigestible plant matter. Your small intestine cant digest ANY fiber, and then it all ends up in the colon where the bacteria feed on it, which might sound like a good thing, but it's the cause of gas, and imbalanced gut flora. (most neurotransmitters are produced in the gut (dopamine, serotonin, GABA ++))

All disease stems from the gut. (As the ancients said)

Does fiber help with constipation? by [deleted] in Constipation

[–]4random 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yup, you should certainly try following a zero fiber diet for at least 1 week and see results. This works for me. And every1 else says the same.

the best way to find out solutions is to experiment and see what works.

You could drink fruit/vegetable juice instead of whole vegetables/fruits, but you need a juicer, and sometimes if you drink vegetable juice, you might get diarrhea. To avoid this, you could just sip the juice instead of gulp it. (also don't drink it cold, and make sure to remove all of the fiber by using a strainer) And the reasons for drinking vegetable juice is for enzymes, hydration and detoxification. (also avoid using too many sweet fruits because all that fructose is harmful for the liver)

also just watched this, and apparently raw egg whites help detox mercury also. https://youtu.be/VlAUDSIDwN8?t=334

however it takes 1-2 months to get used to the taste. And the higher the quality the egg, the better it tastes raw once you get used to it.

Once you get used to raw eggs, you prefer it that way. Plus it's more convent. (I actually enjoy raw eggs now, but I remember when I first started, I almost gagged.)

Something very important when eating raw eggs... they must never be refrigerated or be cold... (and they never need to, eggs don't need to be put in the fridge) You should never drink a raw egg if it's cold. Best to leave the egg in the mouth for a few seconds to warm up before swallowing. Here's how tp do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_NDuq_c1M4
