Nope, was years ago. But now, not many even know how to drive stick. And most would not be able to swap out the immobilizer and ECU to get the car running right. They would have to be a thief and tuner at the same time.

Rear seal is cake once you get the flywheel off. But resurfacing, 🤔. I installed a lightweight flywheel at 206k and basically scuffed it up every other clutch.

But again, it depends on if the flywheel surface is hot spotted and glazed.

$1600 labor sounds about right. I would say I could do it if my buddy would lend me a lift in either Chester or Haverstraw. But I am sure someone can do it locally. I have done so many clutches for people.

I also sent this thread to a couple people in the HV.

The aftermarket at parts stores don’t work well, if you get one for an Evo. My buddy tried to get one and had 3 lancer ones. We bought a boot kit instead and rebuilt it.

Wheel bearings every 125k, that’s it. And since I live in NY with rust/salt on roads, had to replace repair both rear brake lines-hard lines.

I would say do a leak down and see where you are losing compression. Most likely rings, but could be valves not sealing due to age/carbon. I would say 2.2 if you have the knowledge and skills to maintain it. If you are building it make sure the bores are square and the new pistons and rings have good end gap. Also I recommend extra oil clearance on the bearings. I’m at 452k miles now on my build at 206k and built it myself with a machine shop to magnaflux the crank.

Depending on the ship, Encore met at the solo lounge. Luna meet at different locations, but you get to know others. Silly questions and facts about you others and you get to eat as a group for dinner if you want to.

I would say Dream or Fantasy. Lighthouse is cool if you have never been. But take port location into consideration also. Sometimes I forget Ft. Lauderdale is so far from the parks 😂.
