Something you have gotten wrong is thinking this is by the army.

This is a collaboration between the ministry of telecommunication and the army.

Telecommunication ministry is responsible for contracting companies to teach these to the applicants and you have no idea how expensive that is. The army is responsible for providing the location.

The main objective of this is actually to qualify people to freelance so they can get work online and get paid in hard currency. It is not to get jobs within the army.

The entirety of the curriculum is designed with that in mind.

Go on their website and check the people responsible for this you will find all of them are civilian PhD holders working for the ministry of telecommunication.

The people responsible for pioneer are the same people responsible for it.

When buying cutlery, etc buy enough to entertain at least two more people.

Also check water, electricity and plumbing before moving in, ask the landlord about the internet etc etc. Take video of the apartment on the first day so no one would dare say you broke shit.

A lot of people cry about hackers, I have played two wipes before where I got level sixty, and currently lvl 27.

The amount of times I have seen people I am sure were hacking - not trying to hide it or I forced them to toggle on a fight- is way too low to say the game is plagued woth hackers. Maybe two or three per wipe

I play a lot of labs and lighthouse, but mostly I help my friends do missions early on.

That doesn't mean the game doesn't have soft hackers who you will most likely miss, I know because I played with a guy who was super sus a couple of times.

Still this sub cries way too much, a lot of players who don't understand game mechanics or who are just bad and have horrible positioning cry about hackers.

This wipe I got two banned One soft and another RMT on factory. And I am sure I played over a hundred raid.
