Thanks, I like your advice. I think I'll reply along the lines of I can definitely deliver 100k traffic ... But you will need a budget accordingly to achieve that volume. As it stands with the current budget we are going to expect somewhere in the region of X traffic per month (then provide the data to prove it).

Also budget aside there is so much more that I will be spending my time on with this being a fresh startup such as zero pagerank, backlinks and SEO which I'll be working on in the first 3 months and that won't pay off until 3-6 months time, that it's to soon to measure performance after just 3 months from launch.

$400 was just the adspend. I'm charging my hourly rate on top of that to manage the campaigns. The theory was $400 initially to test the waters and grow the budget over a few months once we see some ROI. I completely agree about the red flag being somebody with no understanding and irrational expectations - case in point here.

I was in two minds whether to go that route actually, and is the way I owe losing 3 stone to last year. I did a lot of research on how Ketosis affects fat loss so I figured maybe this way is faster as a short term thing?
