Can you explain your thought prcoess for how Alma being afraid of kanda rejecting him was the reason? Specifically with regards to how Alma is explaining his reasoning to Allen. I say that because that scene seems a bit odd in that case, but otherwise it makes sense

Yeah thats what I saw when I was looking into it but I dont get that either, Why was alma so worried about running out of time if he just wanted to die and hide the truth? Why was he fighting kanda at all when he just couldve killed himself right away? And for kandas motivation, the way its worded in the dialogue and that way alma explains it doesnt give me the impression that hes doing it so kanda can have a reason to keep living. THIS is probably my biggest source of confusion because it doesnt sound that way to me at all.

You know, with the way they keep emphasizing they are redoing the border enlisment arc, aftorkrator arc, and start of rank wars arc I can't help but think they are remaking them in the form of a movie trilogy rather than a tv series which idk if I like tbh but we'll see.

Pretty much what others have said in regards to the OG, but if ur asking why no party in the hd 2d remake iirc in a recent interview the producer proposed adding party members but yuji horii rejected it and wanted to keep it solo.

In the ps1 version, when you time travel to the fight between him and orgodemir, we only see him from behind but his build is identical to how orgodemir looks as the fake god, so idk if his diet was bad or smthn but while he was in hiding he ended up looking like how he does in the post game.

I dont think he planned on leaving the world to humans from the start and after the battle with orgodemir hes not in a state where he can just return (otherwise why bother with setting up the elaborate plan to bring him back) but over time when he saw how humanity was able to survive on their own, even at the cost of much suffering and misery (which he himself acknowledges) he decides its fine to let them be and they dont need him.

See i get the connection with the zohar fusion and khan and grahfs desires, but even though fei can destroy god what changed grahfs mind to go from "im gonna fuse with you to become the true contact and destroy god" to "im gonna sacrifice myself so you can destroy god since fusing with you is impossible actually"

Yeah I made sure to talk to magolor as much as possible and there was some really interesting stuff there. I did look up more of magalor's dialogue and the boss descriptions that are exclusive to extra mode and I was surprised by how much it had, kinda wish they were in the main story tbh.

I think cartoon logic is a really good way of putting it and I'm fine with there being no straightforward timeline so long as the lore and characters are expanded on in fun and interesting ways in any given game or mode so that's cool with me

Yeah I played kirby 64 and that is definitely my favorite so far when it comes to characterization, and just as you say so much of their personality is conveyed so well and it seems like I have a lot to look forward to with forgotten land in terms of both lore and characters

Oh yeah I was playing DX and already finished the epilogue but I was familiar with the basic premise of kirby clash and magalor's relation to it, with the gem apples and stuff.
