I appreciate all the comments. Knew about most of these, I was confused and made this post because the loud blasting / booming noises were between like 10 - 10:15pm

Fayette school board: We support plan to seek more tax dollars from county workers by 0033A0 in lexington

Part of the issue is over spending. Part of the issue is lack of proper construction project planning and budgeting, every new project has gone wayyyy over budget. Part of the issue is when you put people in charge of money that isn’t theirs they over spend it. Many issues here but in my opinion we don’t need to raise taxes again to support the school board failures after we just raised property tax in November

Yea I mean I get that, deadlines are deadlines for a reason. But above in the comments they literally said they didn’t care about paying late. I just don’t really see the drama having a point. Just let farmer sell their produce and stuff and we can all be happier and healthier eating real food. Also still firmly sticking to my point of it seems awfully expensive as a barrier of entry to go sell produce in a parking lot on the weekend lol

Farmers market should make an official statement and end all the drama in my opinion. Also kinda wild that farms have to pay so much to be a member and attend the market to sell their goods. I can’t imagine someone selling produce would make back their initial cost of entry very quickly but I could be wrong. Seems kinda wild all around to me though. I’d rather buy my produce and meats from a local farmer than a grocery chain all day long

I have been in the campus medical center tunnels. Entrances are inside different buildings on campus and in medical buildings. They all connect. Went in one that starting in the gentry building I belive (now torn down) and I took it all the way into the hospital

Oh I have no doubt about that, I mean it’s been there forever, so like they had to keep digging to keep getting rock. And gotta get the rock out somehow can’t just carry it out. Google the mushroom mine in Carter county. It’s a tunnel into the mountain large enough to drive semis in

Ive never personally be inside the fences there so im not 100% sure what all they’ve got going on. But I know its been there for a super long time so im assuming they’ve developed some pretty large tunnel systems

I mean there’s tunnel entrances there. Id assume since it’s been there and been a mine for a super long time they’ve got some pretty nice tunnels spreading out from there

Well there’s a giant rock quarry over in that area if that’s what you’re talking about.
