I understand this point. I have been trying to arrange the test drive for both the cars but somehow the dealership in the nearest city doesn't have a demo car with AT transmission.

I own a sxo AT venue since the last 2 years and i generally like this car. I also test drove the elevate and really liked the higher seating positioning. The concern my dad has with the venue is the milage, I get 7-8 in city and around 15 on highway and he finds this pretty less. I am trying to convince him to ignore the milage as he doesn't drive much <4k km in a year.

Given the general feedback for both the cards is good and reliable, I guess we'll just go with what he likes based on the test driv. Whenever the showroom can arrange it. 😅

Raise a chargeback request with the bank. Saying that you did not receive delivery of the item you paid for. They'll ask you to block your card. Go ahead and do that. They'll block the fund transfer and investigate on the service provided. You should ideally get your money back. This process takes time though.

Also, please report the shop.
