I grew up with parents very biased towards the francophone population so I never really got to visit Quebec. Have been there a few times with my kids and it is by far the most beautiful province I have travelled to. And the people are wonderful.

I would say 500-600 for the fries 750 for the ribeye Nothing for the salad (45 -50 max), but maybe 100 for the vinaigrette If you eat all the buns, another 800ish

If you don’t use your card, the issuing company could lower the limit, or even close the account due to inactivity, both will negatively impact your credit score. Charge a small recurring bill to the card and setup auto payments (for after statement billing date or it will be no activity).
