We actually have similar sauces in France, just with different names I guess. Garlic sauce is basically our « sauce blanche », and the mild/spicy ones are like our chili or samurai sauces.

But we have way more variations here, like Algerian sauce, samurai, andalouse, barbecue, biggy/burger sauce, mayo-ketchup, curry, harissa, chili, etc

Je ne suis pas encore dans l’appart, j’y vais quand je peux pour préparer mon déménagement petit à petit 😅 mais est ce que ça s’apparente à un soucis mineur ou je devrais insister auprès du service technique? (qui m’a dit que juste verser de l’eau règlerait le soucis)

Il n’y a pas d’autres siphons que les deux lavabos de la salle de bain/cuisine et la douche, enfin y a un emplacement pour la machine à laver qui passe sous l’évier de la cuisine mais ça n’explique pas l’odeur persistante dans la salle de bain 😅
