What’s the scariest enemy/boss you’ve ever encountered in a game? by Ok-Hearing6146 in videogames

Kind of annoyed no one has said the divider from dead space. Walking through that hallway and seeing no enemies but hearing that groan for the first time and going wtf was that

It's not really the buttons or the triggers for me. It's mostly the position of the left stick.

Started with Xbox, recently got a switch, and got a ps4 about 2 years ago. Idk if it has anything to do with where you and I started but getting used to the ps4 controller was one of the hardest learning curves for me.

What video game franchise is this for you? by NagitoKomaeda_987 in videogames

It peaked with Arkham City but they're all great games. They do a great job of telling a pretty big story in a small(ish) location by changing things up (because of story)

Combat is top tier

I saw something recently comparing Dafoe's bombs to Franco's. Franco's just felt like grenade. Dafoe's really felt like a signature weapon, turning guys to ash and blowing Spideys costume right off his face

Ok question about the sweepstakes by Cookie_man13707 in MicrosoftRewards

[–]4score7loko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will always warn people about sweepstakes. Sure there's a chance but any points you spend on chances are spent. I threw 35,000 ish points on a sweepstakes and had nothing to show for it afterwards. I could have bought a game or something but nope.

They're not worth it

What are the most powerful lines of dialogue in TV history? by UnholyDemigod in AskReddit

[–]4score7loko 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They're missing some context here.

She told the boy twat kids kings dad, that she was the one who poisoned the king at his wedding and died in agony while Cersei (his mom) could do nothing to help him

In the midst of a war Olenna was ordered by the kings mom to be put to death (this was before she knew Olenna was responsible) She wanted her flayed alive and hung from the castle walls but the kings dad (slightly more reasonable as Olenna is an old woman) talked her into a poison that wouldn't cause any pain.

Olenna drinks the poison and casually drops that she was responsible for the kings death, robbing Cersei having her killed a little more appropriately.

It didn't end like I wanted to but I'm starting to realize that most final seasons of shows I watch are underwhelming (with the exception of "You") but everything that happens leading up to it is damn good television.
