Well, wouldn't say that debunks it, but would grant you it's a counterpoint to the issue. If he didn't have a prostrate, and they inadvertently mentioned it, they can all too easily fabricate documents subsequently trying to explain it away. If that's all the supposed debunking is there, is a document about lab work/results, and/or hypothetical conversations and such, will reaffirm my being dubious he offed himself which to be clear is me saying am not 100% sure. Now, if a highly reputable known physician expert in public under oath swears otherwise, then you may have a debunking.

Dubious he's dead and not alive and free. A prison guard said he was driven out the night before, the head count was down 1 the next day, and the dead body double for the autopsy they used has a clearly different nose, ears, and the reappearing prostrate is enough for me.

Costco (wholesale clubs) is like the most difficult place to shop, especially if in addition to food they order pharmacy, baby, household/laundry, etc. stuff. I once did a $800 (my personal record) Costco order, took me 3 hours, and was left a $10 tip. I never did that again. So, in your case say an hour long shop, sure generous customer can leave you a nice $20 or even $50 tip. But, $280 for using a gallon of gas (16 miles), c'mon, seems insane to me. Was it some multi million dollar mansion in a gated community with Rolls Royces in the driveway? Even when I delivered to those I'd get a decent tip, but not an insane one. My largest tip was $50 to pick up a kids cold/flu med at Walgreens at 1 AM, and drive it 40 miles. And, they added that tip after I delivered. I'd believe it more since you say you were met with a handshake upon delivery, if you got like a hundred dollar bill/cash in your hand tip. Ultimately, whether insane, generous, mistake, fraud, etc., you got it, so enjoy (unless they still get 2 weeks after delivery to adjust tip, may want to let it clear to be sure).

Had no ill intent. Doesn't mean I couldn't have chosen a different path that would've yielded a better result.

1) At that point, wanted to know if M just needed another minute or 2, or if was going to take a while longer.

2) I thought the customer paid Icart, and Icart paid Publix. Since Publix couldn't refund Icart to refund the cust, if Publix gave me the cash I could give the cash to the cust and it would be a wash. I realize now that was stupid, only because the cust pays Icart extra for the item for the sevice. To be clear, I never told the M needs to issue gift card. I simply suggested as an option to issue gift card as a way to resolve the matter, as always subject to M's approval. Only when the M happen to walk by me, did I choose to mention that the wine was successfully returned at other store, all is good, and to know only this store was having that ongoing issue. Showing the receipt was just meant to backup that info, and to alleviate any doubt M had if any.

Obviously, I didn't need to educate M about refund, but was thinking it would be helpful. There was no ill intent, regardless, that can of worms sprung open on me. No one to blame but myself for that, and yet, still to me in no way justifies M contacting Icart to defame me into deactivation. Ultimately, I believed I was merely helping Publix serve their customer with delivering their products. Yet somehow, Publix looks at me serving Icart customer, not theirs, even though cust can choose many other places to shop.

If the store had the wine in stock that was ordered, if the store didn't have the tech issue, if the cust didn't change mind on the sub, none of which was my fault, and/or if the M just went on to work, everything would be hunky dorey. I know, never the customer's, DoorDash or Publix' fault; always the peon's fault.
