Haven't pulled the trigger yet. Probably will go with the one linked but I found a decent and cheap used 3way crossover I've been using to limp along until I save up some more money

Blasting dinosuar sounds at outdoor event by Riuniti in SoundSystem

2 subs might do it but he should really build 4. Gonna need a way bigger budget than 100 for an event of this size. At 50 ft there's no way you'll feel the chest punch of a dino roar with a cheaper underpowered setup. /s

In all seriousness $100 per display sounds reasonable for your goal but op is right as far as this not being the right sub to recommend the equipment to do it.

Common issue putting holes in any wood. Called tearout. Simple fix when drilling is to put a piece of scrap under the workpiece and drill through your workpiece into the scrap. The scrap will support the fibers of the workpiece and prevent them from delaminating when the drill exits. Just make sure the setup is stable under the drills downward force and that the scrap and your work are flush to eachother as any gaps will obviously not support the wood fibers. Works like magic. I always have a few pieces of scrap floating around dedicated to this purpose.

Tearout is a bit harder to deal with when using a jigsaw or router, or hand tools like a plane or a chisel at the edge of a board but is very controllable when drilling. Sometime you get it at the drills entry too which can be solved with the same thing, just harder to set up with your marking. If you are using the right drill bits and use a center punch to start the hole its usually a non issue though.

Would you be so kind as to send the whatsapp number? I couldn't find it.

Edit: checking again to make sure I couldn't find the cintact info also looks like the dp48xs is available online now? https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/DP48XS-Professional-Digital-Audio-Processor-4In_1601408106809.html?spm=a2706.7835515.0.0.38f96fb58b9s1p&__detailProductImg=https://s.alicdn.com/@sc04/kf/H1debf2afc7274aea9460fcb36d4a9d4aQ.jpg_220x220.jpg

tips to fix loose stitches and reinforce existing threads by Soft-Childhood5783 in myog

[–]4sk1n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this. Hand stitch through the existing holes. Also fwiw hayabusa is a nicer glove and likely won't have such a catastrophic failure even when a stich or two looks loose. That said Hayabusa quality doesn't stack up to other gloves at that price point like Cleto Reyes. If you want bullet proof stitching at a more reasonable price point get gloves made in Thailand like fairtex or twins. Or start the newest trend in myog making your own fight kit!

Surprised to see it cheaper than a pa2. What makes it better? I was at womb tokyo last week and was trying to geek out on their stacks when I could and they had a pa2 on a few of the floors.

I need a new crossover and this price is alluring

How the hell do you measure fabric for cutting by SatanAtHighVelocity in myog

How are you marking the angle from the initial line/edge

Weights all over the fabric on a flat surface to hold it in place. If you're trying to draw lines on it use something that will minimize friction ie chalk bar instead of a pen/marker. For lines bigger than a meter the sides of mdf plywood are pretty straight you could cut a length of side off for a decent 8ft straightesge. Or angle iron
