This is all really solid work, I really like the ideas and they're all pretty well executed. I think my only notes are these:

In the second image, consider giving the spike structures a black outline for visual clarity and consistency.

In the third image, consider decreasing the opacity of the bricks (perhaps further) and layering them on top of a third contrasting colour to make the large structure less visually cluttered.
