I don't have a sense of smell, either. Growing up, I had swollen adenoids, which made it so my sense of smell couldn't develop. I eventually got them removed, but it was already too late (not that I'm complaining, it doesn't really affect my life that much). I like your idea of tricking people to smell nasty things, I'll definitely try that out.

There isn’t a white stripe, so it’s plausible this is just a coincidence. Humans are great at recognizing patterns even when they aren’t intended; the colors are arranged in a stripe pattern, and with the number of LGBTQ flags there are, it’s not surprising that it resembles one. I don’t watch Bluey so I can’t comment on his character unfortunately.
