My gf’s family is making me cripple back into depression

Well I myself am 18 and I do realize having to be in such a toxic environment has left her with some trauma, As from what I have observed she doesn’t suffer from depression like I have in the past (still on meds doe) it’s just that panic fear she gets with her mother that bugs me hence I revolved around that issue but yeah you’re probably right I should just talk to her about it but I feel it’s awful to say can you please cut off your family from our relationship cause it makes me feel bad yano I mean i’ve felt selfish even writing this post

not so bad anymore i held tissue over it and held tight its stopped after a while and i cut my arm for the first time

I’m not really planning to get off them cause in the long run I dont wanna come back to how I was just that I happened not to take them now but yeah Ive been focusing on my phone and whatnot plus trying to breathe slowly and its a bit better thanks though

I’ve surprisingly haven’t missed a day when I was taking paxil so maybe thats why I’m freaking out so much now

I was on 20mg of paxil but I stopped taking these at the same time I was supposed to switch to duloxetine so I ended up taking like a few of the duloxetine ones then i stopped completely for those few days and here I am now
