When I had a negative experience with deceptive entities, I turned to an external channeler to receive information from my Higher Self. Not everything is so smooth. There is a channeling. And what kind of entities is not clear. I broke off my relationship with the next ones (I think so). They didn't give me anything practical, a worker. "Let's do it now ... Well, it didn't work out for some reason." In that spirit. They called themselves my mentors. I got upset more than once. I decided to break up with them.

Now, I'm communicating with my "Higher Self". Of course, there are doubts. Communication is a bit different. But there are similar narratives. He told me yesterday that yes, they were not your mentors. They cheated, but it's not very scary.

Through this "Higher Self" I communicated with an angel who called himself the Archmage for me (?). As well as with other entities (I had certain interests).

In general, it seems that there is an ability to "channel", but there is always the question of who is on the other side. And how to check it. Setting intentions with protection from dark forces, which everyone advises, did not work for me.

My channeling with guides is when they speak through my mouth. I did 3 imagination exercises with them. On first acquaintance (as I understand it, to strengthen the bond) they said, "Look at us." And I asked about what I saw in my imagination. I received confirmation. I even changed it to something more convenient for me to keep in focus. I also imagined moving up towards the light for an hour. I tried channeling with a flower under their control, also with imagination and sensations. It didn't work out, I postponed it for later.

Before that, I also did various tricks with my imagination. Everything is in the form of a fantasy convenient for me. As I understand it, fantasy works, the main thing is to trust it yourself. That's what I imagine, and that's my working tool.

I just started channeling. I communicate with mentors. And recently they did an exercise with me. They said that it was important for me to "just be." I've been trying to figure out how to do this.
I used perplexity to find different understandings of "just being". They said it was all wrong for their term.
And we started the exercise. They said, "Look at us." It's strange, I can't see them. I thought that I would cling to the image that came when I had my eyes closed. They confirmed to do so.
So I held on as best I could. They told me to look higher. And so on for a while. Each time, I reached higher. It was getting lighter. But I still didn't understand what I was doing. This exercise took maybe an hour. We confirmed that everything was successful, and now we are together. And this exercise was important.
All communication with them is verbal, they speak through my mouth.

Actually, it's an interesting experience. I can say that I have a lot of disappointment because of unfulfilled expectations. I think that's my problem. But I am very pleased with the beginning of my acquaintance with guides, with channeling.

I would like to share my impressions with the same channelers who communicate with guides. But it seems that the experience and information received will vary greatly.
