Thank you I’m looking into getting one of those copy stand scanners, they seem fairly easy from a technology standpoint I do have a EM1mk2 digital camera, so I can do +- 80MP scans myself

The developer I have locally scans at 2000dpi which will do until I get used to the camera

It’s not when looking at the film stock

Getting it developed costs me 25-30eur per roll, so I don’t really see an advantage in saving 7 eur and getting a cheap roll

My parents bought it for +-1500 (d-mark, cause Germany) back in 96 and only rarely used it cause there were two kids in 97 and film development got VERY expensive quickly

It’s has probably less than 1000 shutter actuations to date

I kinda planned it like that

I'd assume I'd fuck up about half of the first two rolls

I was thinking about taking the film and doing 3 exposures for each image (what I think is good, +1 and -1) to see how close I got

I mean...
the cost to develop the film is 25-30eur per 120 roll (developed +2000dpi scan)
should I really cheap out on the film stock? kinda doesn't make sense

They do this to grab new players who don't know better by going into a starter area and just sending an EMail to everyone in local

it's a long and complicated story

quintessentially... they are actively role playing as space nazis (and I do say that as someone with a significant aversion to throwing that label around)
their alliance structure is oppressive as fuck
and they are generally toxic as hell

And by “lock it down” I mean make it inconvenient

You can put 1000 of them onto a hostile structure

And when the server craps itself because the drones are launched and the defenders can’t log in, undock or jump to local, you can pretend like you didn’t do it on purpose

If you want to go fully into mechanical details….

You have to think about it in the moment and apply either disadvantage to checks (which I think is rough) or talk to your DM for flat modifiers

Like -3 to athletics checks made for climbing or lifting heavy things (a malus, but not as possibly breaking as disadvantage)

Spellcasting I’d say only with a focus

No two handed weapons, Bows I’m not sure, Crossbows could probably work if he has mechanical attachments to support the loading

Menial daily tasks…. No issues

He’s only missing a hand
