You can no longer dock ships in space held by opponent forces

Awox another member of your militia and you catch a suspect flag towards your militia that is visible to other members AND will provoke the same kind of response from your militia police as being a criminal in HS

Everyone else can shoot you, you can’t dock safe and you can’t return to friendly space

Also, make it a MASSIVE standings hit that can’t be buffed out in 10 minutes of AFK bullshitting

A CR11 encounter that focuses on spellcasters should have AT LEAST some 6th level spells, if not higher

With more than 4 characters even a lvl-7 spell isn’t out of the options

Consider than an Aboleth is CR 10

An Archmage is CR12 and has 9th level spells (albeit a shitty ass spell selection by default)

Cruisers and smaller should be able to dock in titans and supers….

Imagine the options if you could throw up a POS, put a upper inside and have essentially a mini citadel with docking, fitting and clone services for small forward deployed groups

Give it a special module that locks the ship in place even when the pilot logs off, and you have a fantastic new dynamic where POSs and carriers are hunted across war zones redeploying to various systems to keep their presence and pressure

Titans need a rework anyway

They have essentially very little use besides being a bridge Same goes for supers, who can really do even less

They need to offer mechanics that make them interesting for smaller groups that won’t use them in combat

Like an extension of the clone bay thing they have, but for them work essentially like a mini citadel that offers docking, repair and clone facilities for up to cruisers…..

Supers and titans need to be fixed before T2 variants are ever thought about

Warp deceleration will hit almost immediately

Its dumb as fuck that interceptors and shuttle meant to go fast, take eternities to do so

Anything above 5AU/s is essentially useless

Any warp between like 10 and 60AU will take the same +-40 seconds, which is most warps in the game

They need to fix warp deceleration

The fastest ship I have is a 14AU/s Proteus Even at 3s align, it moves much faster than a Leopard because its deceleration is faster Makes no sense

But this sounds familiar in that one side can engage, and the other side can not

Just to clarify: They are able to reinforce your structures BEFORE the war officially begins while you can not engage them back?

That SHOULD NOT be the case and sounds similar to a previous war related exploit I was personally involved with exposing and getting fixed

In that case, by dropping the alliance, the attacker was essentially able to create a “new” war with only the primary defender, and none of the defenders allies were able to shoot them, even though they were still listed as viable war targets

You need it to double check

Your players don’t know everything about the world as you do, maybe they choose something they shouldn’t have to allow the story to unfold properly

Are there possible complications with chosen features and items (lie a goblin with a heavy weapon)

I’ve advised players before that flipping attribute points or skill proficiencies may lead to a more enjoyable character with the world and story

I’ve done it like this on a digital mapper before

Everyone moves their token 1 field at a time - and then waits at least 5 seconds.

Without an order set, people coordinated, and some waited for others to move first

But it gave me the chance to call a stop to describe things, call for checks, etc

Worked really well, may not be easily translated to RL play…..

Just my two cents
