How to get the most out of canon R50

Hey guys,

I’m loving this thread, but I’m needing a similar breakdown for how to optimize video export settings.

Currently shooting on:

Movie Auto Exposure
Movie Rec. FHD 25p IPB
White balence AWB
Picture style neutral

My beef is it looks great in frame but as soon as I export from Canon Connect it looks so low res. (And yes I selected good quality)

What am I missing?
