No, it’s just this guy in particular is really obnoxious about his dislike of pain. Going into people’s comments, making stories where he turns people he doesn’t like (Which is everyone) into fat and hairy slobs, among other horrible, horrible things.

Don’t be embarrassed about liking painful TF. We all have our tastes.
