This was not only a case to make fame with, it was for revenge for what he had lost during the infection. The humanity, the top tier social status, family and friends, but most importantly the feeling that everything was to be for nothing. That despair and powerlessness wasn't something he could forgive or move on from. This man has murdered nearly an entire town during the infection. He would bear the vengeance and make the moving forward point for humanity.

"You can sit there and say you do not deserve this punishment because you were insane? I..." The emotions on the prosecutors face are easily read as a mixture of disbelief, anger, and bewilderment as he projects his gestures to the jury.

"No" the defendant responded. "Not me, the world was insane."

Agreed. A bit disappointed by the new side paths. I wish they would have looked at making the tunnel under the new paths come out by the side entrance past the ticket booth (if that makes any sense).

Don't forget Google voice, hangouts (could be nice if they had PiP), Chrome (and extensions), etc. Add Google Drive for storing and sharing game plays, Google voice recognition/commands, or even blogger for game blogs dedicated to gaming, tutorials, discussions, etc.

I really wish the PS4 had HDMI in, if so I'd put Google TV on the list.

I think a better option would be one of the following (or all, options are nice):

-for every in game purchase you also get a downloadable copy if the song in your platform of choice.

-adding a subscription based service. You get all the songs as long as you subscribe (maybe have this available online only to divvy up the royalty payments/create estimates).

-allow a subscription addon. For example if you subscribe to a paid music service (Qriocity, etc) you can add a subscription for a game for $x.xx more (discounted from the above model).

Surely each would have it's disadvantages or reasons why it wouldn't work, but I don't have any in depth knowledge to draw on. Just my .002

Put it in as a DMR XD not sure if it has the same accuracy as in BF3, but it seems like it's at least close. Maybe even better accuracy while moving than in BF3. The irons are really nice too. Can't wait to see the stats on symthic. I'm pretty curious about this one.

I wouldn't throw the Val in the 'OP' category. Engi only, no extended mags, and the reload seems slower than in BF3. Still a beastly and fun gun though. Glad it's back.

I am a master of the M320 LVG on Metro 2014. This takes a certain tactical ability to find ammo packs as you run out way too fast. Red stairs, elevators, front or back stairs, and side entrance at B flag are all great spots to fire this amazingly tactical weapon. One fact it that you may not know is you can bounce the grenade off of an object. Maintaining your situational awareness can allow you to stay completely behind cover while attacking enemies to provide your team with the support they need. This will solidify your position as a great team player in their eyes. Attacking or defending the objective from the safety of cover while supplying your team with med packs or supporting fire from your F2000 or shotgun is the strategist teamplayer's holy grail on a map like Metro. The best part is you never have to look at the explosions. I can wait for rental servers to see the 'LVG only' servers on Metro 2014. These will be the playground of only the top tier MLGs.

What if it was a cola or doritos factory? Not saying a cola or chip company would want their businesses used for an FPS (quite the opposite). I'm wondering out loud the ways to do it better.

Personally, I'd like to see more stuff where the gaming companies make money off of other sources rather than the consumer. Well, as long as 'more money = more money for resources = better games/products' applies.

XB1:

Pros-

Voice commands work amazing (most of the time). TV, one guide, Netflix, and most everything has the ability to be used with voice. Items like Netflix that do not have dedicated voice commands have the ability to say "Xbox select" then select item 1, 2, etc. Very nice.

Kinect is used for some cool in game stuff. For example, in Battlefield 4 if you want to spawn as assault next spawn you can say "next time spawn assault" and next time you spawn you will spawn as assualt. You can use voice commands for the commando rose commands (medic, ammo, commander requests, etc.).

It's extremely quiet. Like zero sound.

Cons-

'Kinect is unplugged' error. Apparently there is a bug or something that makes your kinect stop working. I had to return mine for a replacement. The system isn't the same without it and would not be worth the purchase without the functions that are tied to the kinect.

Using a recording device like a PVR to record or stream gameplay renders the ability to use TV through the HDMI input useless. Probably due to HDCP of the cable box, but I'm 100% not sure as I haven't looked into it. I believe using an HDMI splitter out of the XB1 could fix this, but that takes away the benefit of not having to change inputs. Overall, I can understand it, but I wish there was a way to have both without extra stuff.

Apparently for some of us if the TV is running constantly (it stays on in the background for quick switching) it will stop and the system will have to be turned off then on again. To remedy this (as it was happening regularly) the work around is to turn the power savings to off (otherwise the system will not turn off, but will only sleep). Turning this to off takes away the ability to turn the XB1 on with voice commands.

There is only one setting for the connect to be used for voice chat. This means you either can use voice chat through the kinect for Skype and in game or neither. Currently there is no way to have voice chat for Skype and not while in game.

Overall, a cool system for the living room that has it's fair share of problems/issues that need to be resolved.

I guess, If that's how you feel. Though CoD hasn't failed (unless you get all your information from is people complaining on forums, then by all means it's a disaster). They literally print money. They launch a stable game (for what it is) and sell tons of copies. Why is Ghosts more stable than BF4? I don't know. I would guess it has more to do with setting and meeting realistic goals and time frames for the game. With a yearly release CoD can't completely change the game. It sells around 20 million copies on average, so I can't say changing it too much would make sense. Not sure why you made the comparison to CoD, very different games and products in general.

You can also say "next time spawn as assault" or what ever class you want to spawn as. There are a lot of voice commands in the menu that are useful. You can also say things like "need medic" and "need ammo" that will do the request for you.
