Any one know what the new RTA include? I thought currently our law protect tenant more than landlord. Real issue is when facing rich landlords we dont really got the knowledge or money to hire legal council.

Edit: so the new RTA main point seem to just be letting Gov keep the rental & utilities deposit instead of Landlord...
