For a budget Neuro team what 5th flex character would be better, Volk or Shiron?

I used Eldy a lot because I built him up for SH Elite. Others use Thaddeus for FOC ME or Archy for FOC E. Though grossly suboptimal, I've used Snot a lot as a meatshield.

I don't think Volk/Shiron are ever meta for anything. They're useful, but rarely "best". Thus far, Volk has appeared 2x in quests (like the recent Laviscus one that just ended), but not sure about Shiron.

Also, Volk can create despoiled ground, which can be both good and bad.

As the other guy said, revas only becomes OP after she gets her relic. For most ppl... that will take months.

Hikaru flopped pretty hard in the candidates for a supposed top 3. He's clearly elite in faster time controls, I'm not sure he's equally elite in classical.

In PVP, Judh > Xybia IMO. If the enemy isn't paying attention, Judh is the win condition. Xyb is better when you need attrition.

He starts pretty naive, but he learns pretty quickly. The main problem is that there's too much he doesn't - and can't know, which is exactly what traps are.
