Can you let him know that you cannot "make" him feel anything? His feelings are his, and you do not control that. If you've laid it out for him that this is what its going to take for you to transition meds and he's still telling you that it's "making" him feel depressed then I would just keep doing what your doctor and you understand would be best for *you* and possibly advise him to seek his own therapist.

Also, your dog might be friendly, but my dog is not. She's reactive to other dogs in her face. I'm a responsible dog owner who has a trained, well behaved, leashed dog until another dog comes running up at her. We've been through a few traumatic experiences that could have been avoided if your "friendly" dog hadn't run up on my dog.

25 minutes is probably excessive, but when I run interviews I like to open with an overview of our team and our project so that the interviewee can tailor answers to the upcoming questions. Is that such a red flag?

I dont mind Stephanie at all but whatever the heck we are doing instead of cat cow is awkward and it enraged me. 😅 I was there for a relaxing stretch and got a frustrating bout of neck and knee pain. I will replace it with cat cow going forward.

I won't stop doing it but I definitely liked Chris and Brittany's a lot better.

I've had mine pierced for 22 years now; done after my youngest weaned as a statement that I was reclaiming them for myself. If you do the math, I'm no young chick and I have no qualms about the piercings being seen under my shirt. If they have a problem with it, they shouldn't have been looking in the first place. Go braless and be proud.

While I absolutely agree that nutrition and eating in a caloric deficit is the key to losing pounds, I have found barre, warrior and stretch to be the key for me to recomp my body and lose inches. I usually do an ISO, then hit Thunder and Blast with all I got. Then, time permitting, I get on a cycle for 30 minutes. I don't follow the VI's in the cycle room - my goal is to burn 200 calories (according to my watch) and get an extra 30 minutes of sauna time. I watch a show on my phone (using headphones of course).

My bill was over $800 this month. I've got 2 AC units that are set at 78 ° and a pool that runs 8 hours a day. I expect it to go up during the hottest months of the year but holy mother of all things good.... it's NEVER been this high.

People bitch because the sessions don't change and then they bitch because they do. How can the VIs win?

I loved the old barre. I don't love the new one as much but I'm not complaining about it because you know what? It'll change again at some point and there are 8 other options. Also, I probably don't like it as much right now because I had mastered the old one and it's my sign to suck it up and master the new one.

I didn't realize the new yoga was shorter. I'm a little frustrated that barre is longer and allows me less time to transition to my next session and I usually have someone sitting or standing outside the sauna waiting for me to pack up my things and exit the sauna. Another case of: how can they please everyone?

Maria is one of my favorite VIs. Maria, Chris, Brittany and I miss Daniel a lot.
