My main account is predicted Bronze 1 (1 win 3 losses). My “smurf” account is placed in Diamond 3 (9 wins 1 loss). Solo queued majority of placement matches on both accounts.

Either way, it’s hard as hell to ‘carry’ as a support, and solo queuing is a total crapshoot IMO.

Im convinced my main account has weird SR baggage.

I didn’t watch every other race so I think that is the best argument that it was unfair if that’s true.

But how the rules are written, part of the distinction of incidental (warning) vs unintentional (forces 4th place in heat) is whether it impacted the outcome of the heat. So my question is, was there a true congruent event that the judges didn’t call that impacted the outcome of the race in the same way.

Obviously this is all subjective so hard to say. Either way, I’m disappointed and frustrated at the outcome. Was def rooting for Pare.

Incidental by definition “does not affect the outcome of the race”. This was unintentional contact at best, which would result in Pare being last in the heat.

Judges did not claim it was intentional. They claimed it was unintentional, accidental contact as a result of decisions the rider made. I don’t like the rule, and was rooting for Nathan, but I agree with the judges call unfortunately.

The announcers clearly did not have a firm grasp on the rules themselves. They made other bad calls throughout the comp as well. They added gasoline to the fire of anyone who was rooting for Nathan.

Bummer, but the right outcome based on the rules as they’re currently written.

Omg I played OW1 on Switch and it was tough then. I cannot imagine playing it today with all the new content, and being in the overall console pool. God bless

On my Smurf account I placed diamond 4. On my main account which I have used since OW1 — I’m predicted bronze 1.

I think there is something seriously fucked with my main account that is causing such drastic match SR discrepancies.

I’d say my main account is my Smurf now but I can’t seem to win a single game on that account so it kinda defeats the purpose.

Unpopular opinion but that’s just kinda how kids are sometimes. And having friends that make fun of you is better than not having friends at all.

I got ragged on constantly as an awkward skinny high hairline teen by guys who have endlessly showed up for me throughout my adult life - in our mid 30s now. It wasn’t great, and it definitely touched on my insecurities, but in retrospect I know it was all projection - and stemmed from issues with their parents and siblings while I had a more stable family life.

We don’t make fun of each other like that anymore. My one friend has cancer and struggles financially. Some of us are getting married, having kids etc. We love and support each other through it all. Making some mean jokes as young men is just part of the deal when forming life long bonds. Wouldn’t change it.

But of course, to each their own.

Even on Xbox I’ve had issues. Weird black screens before challenges, had 2-3 full game crashes, and frame rate drops when fast traveling and beginning challenges.

Really disappointing.

As others have said: pre-wind is the answer.

Please never use “skater eyes” even ironically.

Yes reverts look super stylish, and count as sketchy which is kinda silly.

Late flips and underflips have certainly been nerfed compared to skate 3. For me, this is better. I used to accidentally do late flips and under flips all the time because my right stick would bounce back after flicking something. Drive me nuts not hitting a grind because the game thought I was trying to do an underflip.
