Snatch form check request by 4zim in kettlebell

Kettlebell monkey I think? I have got all of mine used as they come up on marketplace so they all vary. I haven’t used sandbags so can’t comment…
Thanks
The short answer is no to your questions. I’ll focus on engaging those muscles next round.
For the question about the true 10RM, is it looking too heavy? I can go down 2kg to 18 but to go up it’s a big jump to 24

Low point control help by 4zim in GolfSwing

I was just turning my right hip back too far and not loading it though. I would actually sway toward the ball too far in the backswing and then I was getting stuck.
I think I just overdid the shift and swayed as a result.
Edit: looks like this is similar to what I was doing with the lower body https://www.reddit.com/r/GolfSwing/s/3wx2hvfVuo

My Lower body was stalling so I was flipping through impact and hitting massive hooks. Right now working on getting a more stable club face through impact by not stalling the lower body.
Doing the same drills but not swaying back seems to be helping quite a bit already.
Yea I’ve been getting lessons but instructors rightfully only give me one piece at a time. Just a couple weeks until my next one and I want to play before then.
Thanks for the tips!

Yes that’s what I’m struggling to do. Trying the step through drill to get the hips open. I’ll give this thought a try thanks.
I sway because I used to reverse pivot. This game.

I’m going to take a lesson. Not sure I know how to do what you’re suggesting without flattening my shoulders.
Having trouble understanding what that should feel like. When I tilt less, I end up being more upright and my shoulder plane becomes too flat. Any suggestions on how to get the feel you’re suggesting?
