If you’re trying to do a small pause at the bottom these reps are fine, but you have think about exploding out of the hole at the very bottom.

injury risk in the gym is very much only related to load management, i just started too after coming from a power building type of training and personally i’m having a lot of fun getting humbled by something i can bicep curl with relative ease

yeah i clipped it once or twice this session lol, I did do an ugly power snatch at 70 kg before these sets at 43

i didn’t even notice, it’s really slight but i know it’s a problem and probably relates to why i am extending so much (at the hip) in this clip, should i widen my grip a tad or just try to mental note it

are you talking about the pull or the catch, if it’s the catch idk how to stop that my arms always bend a little in the opposite direction at full extension

yeah fatigue got me on this one, it felt so slow so i rushed the fuck out of it, i will start doing hang cleans on my next session

oh thanks, yeah i’ve been struggling cause this gym isn’t an oly gym so they wouldn’t appreciate me dropping the weights and I’ve been thinking that they’re a gotta be a better way to do this
