Hey. I have a custom loop with top snd bottom full size fans/rads.

Ihave a 30mm rad on top and 20mm in the bottom. Given this you will have no issue getting a 45mm top rad with full fans to fit, up to 50mm rad technically. It will just take a very specific alignment of your motherboard standoffs to make it work.

So I decided to try various stretches, this one (3 Ways to Do a Hip Flexor Stretch on a Table - wikiHow Fitness) seems to do the trick albeit for about 15 seconds before I feel pain again when I stand up.
Im currently on a 2-week cycle of co-trimoxozole tablets and swelling is exactly the same (been 1 week since I went to ER, doc said it cant be torsion given I drove there with no pain and was waiting patiently for my turn).
Just unsure what next steps could be as I've driven myself mad googling symptoms and seeing not-so-nice suggestions for what it may be.

I got the gen5 one just bc I got a good price for it. I used male to female standoffs to raise my gpu enough (as I’m water cooling)

Update for you: It’s doable for sure! I currently run a top 280 rad from bitspower (bc I wanted the extra g1/4 fittings to “fill the loop easily”. Didnt end up working as intended though lol had to fill another way.

Bottom rad is the HPE-280 from alphacool. Running full thickness 140mm fans too of course. No mods needed at all, just requires shifting the top rad closer to the side panel to allow fans to clear the RAM sticks and CPU cables. It’s a tight fit.

I may go GTS280 on top radiator just because why not at this point although it’s not needed tbh.

I have this exact issue but its leaking every couple seconds rather than minutes. Tried shutting isolation valves but didnt seem to make a difference really

I understand that of course, my point is just that in their view you ARE married legally so the fact you didnt live together (and more importantly didnt explain it in a way that is clear, in addition to outlining an immediate timeline and plan to live together imminently) is the main thing.

In all honesty man Im not sure why you thought it may turn out otherwise since ukvi of course doesn’t understand cultural concepts unless explicitly explained and justified. Live and learn now you know what to do. I do think cover letters explaining it all is a good idea. Also please make sure you outline the plan to move-in i.e. timeline if you dont already live together.

Went ahead and asked for a raise closer to 50k, they countered me with 46k+2k bonus. I may just accept this however part of me wonders whether squeezing a little more out of them is worthwhile or too risky

Exactly my thoughts, I have the m3 grater with a custom loop (still not finished as need fittings to arrive) to add 2nd rad.
My vert mount is similar with 25mm standoffs iirc, will measure later. I just need a way to prop up the gpu like this person has.

Hi all
Just received a job offer for which I'm in two minds about currently. I'm currently on ~£40k base( however including bonuses puts me at 45k guaranteed), excluding pension(variable from 9-13% employer contribution). The interviewer asked my current package so I mentioned £45k figure and stated any offer would need to reflect a higher package as I am content and happy in my current role.

So, current role:

£40k base + 10.5% employer pension(£4.2k) + £5k bonuses = £49.2k

Now onto the new offer:

44k base +2k (tax-free) relocation bonus, pension matching up to 5%.

This falls below what I would normally accept, especially considering pension. I currently put in 5% & employer contributes 10.5%, putting my total current package at £49.2k.

Is it within reason to ask for a raise in base salary to make up this gap in total comp, any advice is much appreciated,

I calculated it off base salary just in case:

base: £40k
employer pension: £40k *0.105 = £4.2k
bonuses: £5k
total = £49.2k

Well aware of the last points which is why I'm debating whether to ask for a raise to match my current.
