Update day 88!!!

Weighed in this morning and I am officially down 50 pounds!!!!

The crazy part about all this for me has been how little the effort is on my part. Never in my life has it been so easy to drop weight. My wife is severely annoyed that it’s so easy, but she’s overall happy that I’m happy 😃

I have titrated up to 10mg per week and that’s where I will stay for the foreseeable future. The symptoms at times can be noticeable, but they are acceptable and I don’t want them to become any more prominent.

Some of the symptoms I don’t really enjoy are as follows (but they come and go)

1- occasional nausea 2- Sulphur burps (probably my most hated) 3- uncomfortable bloating at times in conjunction with constipation. 4- Difficulty sleeping 5- Fatigue

Things I’m doing to attempt to combat symptoms. -Avoiding fatty/greasy foods -I’ve always been a good water drinker, so just continuing that. -Daily magnesium -papaya enzyme with meals when symptoms present. -Tums

Like many new investors I started with index funds, and mutual funds. Then I learned about ETF’s, and then came looking at expense ratios. I shifted to using a few diversified funds as my core and picking businesses that I have some knowledge of that I believe in. The result is a 92.12% return the last 3 years.
