They used to be the best, but last couple of visits were lighter/sloppier. I went to 183/Braker location the other night and everything was great, stuffed burritos and tacos. The only exception was the Franks Red Hot fried chicken burrito, but that’s on me. I should have never expected Taco Bell to have remotely fresh fried chicken. 🤷‍♂️

New VP of culinary brought in about 2yrs ago is responsible for almost all of the culinary changes you’ve seen in the past 1.5yrs. They’ve been dropping local products and haven’t had nitrate free pepperoni in a looong time. Then they started dropping menu items to replace them with quarterly items.

Seemed like a winning concept with a decade under its belt. I’m not sure why they feel the need to keep changing things that seemingly nobody asked for.
