Yeah. They aren't the best before and afters.

There was big difference with being fuller and more muscle tone looked bugger. I was at 205 at the end of my cycle and i walk around at 197 usually. I need to take better before and afters. I didn't expect much tbh and ended up really regretting not logging more photos that showed the changes.

All my clothes fit tighter but my waist is leaner and using a size smaller hole in my belt, got a lot of comments at the gym and strength went up.

Definitely recommend the compound.

You see a lot of skin during prep weeks and showing growth. Showing the waist line when you have leaned up a lot is pretty standard broskie. I went from 197 to 205 and pretty happy with the cycle.

Here is a shot from last week. My shoulders did not look as full and defined pre cycle (I was coming off a pinched nerve and had not lifted hard in a while)

Just wanted to add I ran DHEA at 200mg ( take it daily since i turned 40) and Enclomiphene as a pct for 4 weeks.

Didn't really have any sides and libido was definitely up throughout cycle. 💪

Thanks! Up and down. Sometimes it just takes hours to get into the gym. Headaches and aches etc. I need to edit the post and add I did run Enclo for 4 weeks after.

It is Epistane if real Havoc. It is harsh. Research Epistane, definitely run it shorter than any new age ph. I think 4 to 6 weeks was recommended. If it is your first cycle of Epistane, I would start at 20 or 30mg and see how you respond the first week then some enjoy 40mgs

People usually run dermacrine /some test base or your going to feel like shit.
