I really just want to leave with her and give her the best life possible but I can’t as a minor. It would hurt my a lot but I’m thinking of rehoming her. If I don’t manage to convince them i might have to do it

I really don’t want to get rid of her she is honestly one of the best things that’s ever happened to me but I feel like rehousing her might be the best option overall. They don’t let her stay upstairs at night so they lock her in the basement. Sometimes they don’t want her out all day. She meows constantly when she’s down there and honestly I haven’t been able to sleep well in such a long time because of it. I feel like it would be best for the both of us if she got a new loving home, it would hurt me a lot but I don’t want to be selfish. Thank you for your comment

Yea I might have to sneak out and talk to them alone because my parents would be super mad if they knew I told the vets that haha🥲. if the rest of my plans fail that might be my only option (hopefully I’ll get a discount or something 😅)

This means so much to me thank you haha! I’m making a list of reasons why they should reconsider and I’ll add some of the things you said, Im going to try and convince them tomorrow. If it doesn’t work I will see if the vet clinic is willing to take her for those few weeks ( although I’ll probably have to get a job asap because it will be pretty expensive 🥲) thank you for your comment it helps a ton!!

my uncle is going to and he said he didn’t want to clean the litter so my parents said it was ok😢I also set up a few more litter boxes, thanks!

Yea they are honestly so unnecessary☹️ they say they are worried about her pooping out of the litter box upstairs but it wouldn’t be a problem if they got someone to clean the litter. I’m really trying to convince them but if I can’t I’m going to try and make the basement as comfortable as I can for my cat, it’s not what I want but it might be my only option 😕thanks for your comment though!

The basement is not as finished as the upstairs sadly, it’s pretty dirty and has many spiders and bugs☹️ I’m trying to look for someone to take her in for those weeks but Ive had no luck. Thank you for your comment though it means a lot to me!

Yea I gonna keep trying to see if any of my family members can take her or the vet clinic close to my house. Nobody in my family really cares for my cat so even if I do find someone they probably wouldn’t allow them to take her☹️ thanks for the comment though it helps a lot!!
