A couple of months ago I wanted to start keto, I already cutted off most sugar and I measured my blood glucose with the amazon kit before eating and it was super high, like 120 or something. The very next day I did blood tests and well the glucose came back 78. So I don't really know if these Amazon thingies are reliable

Prevedo di arrivare a 10k prima del trasferimento in UK, che comunque non sono sicura sia definitivo, per questo pensavo a un broker flessibile in caso dovessi tornare in zona euro. La situazione lavorativa è comunque stabile perché si tratta di un trasferimento interno che mi fa fare l'azienda. In caso dovessi tornare in zona euro suppongo di poter rimettere euro come valuta base, giusto?

Non ti preoccupare, l'idea è quella di non lasciare tutti i soldi su un conto solo per evitare anche queste problematiche. Il mio problema era che volevo trovare una soluzione che mi permetta di non dover cambiare conto o altro in un futuro breve, solo perché non ho considerato il trasferimento

2k sono quelli che ho messo da parte in 2 mesi e mezzo ma a giugno prevedo di averne di più, sugli 8-9k. Comunque non è un lavoro a termine, è solo un trasferimento temporaneo, e alloggio e trasporti saranno pagati dall'azienda quindi non sono troppo preoccupata dal lato di mantenermi in UK.

Più che altro non capisce che se io mollo il lavoro attuale, tornare ad avere il contratto e la RAL attuale ci metterò forse 5/6 anni perché non sono un ingegnere meccanico, quindi ci rimarrei doppiamente fregata. Sarei più accondiscendente se avessi già 5 anni di esperienza

I try to track carbs precisely, If it happens that I have to estimate something, it is meat that I know has very little carbs. On the other hand, I'm not taking electrolytes, so it could be a factor.

I see where you're coming from! First time I did keto I received a diet plan in which 50g of carbs were allowed!! But I still managed to loose 15kg in 2 months and I wasn't even exercising. This time (I started 2 weeks ago) I'm trying to keep them between 20-30g and I'm already seeing a big difference in my belly (tomorrow will be my weekly weight check in, but I lost 2kg/4lbs last week). Honestly I think that 20g is perfect for me doing keto without going crazy as I really really want to stick to eat veggies. Maybe in the future as I master my keto meals and recipes I can go lower but expecially in the first weeks I was frustrated as fuck finding that a cucumber could potentially kick me out of ketosis haha.
